Rachel focuses on foreclosures, mortgage lending, and real estate issues affecting seniors. Rachel is also Of Counsel with the National Consumer Law Center, providing litigation support and advocacy on reverse mortgage issues. Prior to joining Atlanta Legal Aid in 2009, Rachel clerked for the Honorable Henry Coke Morgan, Jr., U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk.
